Pricing and Trading Terms

  • Birthday Parties: $350 (1 hour visit)

     

  • Schools / Child Care Centres / Playgroups  $350 per hour – (Limit of 50 children)
  • In some cases additional time can be booked for groups of more than 50 children. Please inquire at time of booking)
  • Aged Care Facilities $350 (1 hour visit)


    *All prices include GST, Travel to and from your event. Setup and packing away time.

 

PAYMENT & TRADING TERMS

Schools / Playgroups / Aged Care Facilities:
Payment via cash or cheque made payable to “A Farmyard on Wheels” within 14 days of event.
(Direct credit available on request)

Birthday Parties / Private functions:
Full payment required on the day of the event.

Cancellations:
Cancellations received 5 days in advance will receive a full refund. Any cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the booking may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Bringing the farm to you!

We hired A Farmyard on Wheels for my daughters 3rd birthday yesterday. What a experience!!! They made sure my daughter was always the first to handle the animals, feed them and ride the pony. The animals were so friendly always coming up for a pat or a cuddle ( even the rabbits) which shows the care and time they put into them. They were so laid back and were happy for the kids to walk of holding the animals, it was such a great day and we cant thankyou enough. Money well spent!! Will defenitely be hiring them again and will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you and keep up the great work
