We bring a a 2 metre x 6 metre pen that is divided into 3 sections. The middle section contains baby chicks, ducklings, rabbits, guinea pigs, larger chickens and ducks that we wrap in tea towels for the children to pick up and hold. In one end pen we have the animals to bottle feed – lambs, kids and piglet. We take these out of the pen and the children feed them a bottle of milk. The other end of the pen has a pony for pony rides.
The pens can be set up on a grassed or paved area or inside a garage or carport area at your home or at a quiet park near your house. We lay down tarpaulins to protect paved areas. The pony rides can be done on either a grassed or paved area – even up and down your driveway if space is an issue. Birthday parties are for one hour – we set up prior to the hour and pack away after the hour.
